Tom founded Hatton Search with Brian Sheehy in 2017 having worked together at a large international agency. Prior to that Tom spent nearly 10 years as a solicitor in private practice working at a London Boutique focusing on employment and commercial litigation and then at a National firm where his focus moved to pure employment.
He left practice in 2015 for recruitment and it was only after 2 years he moved on to set up and develop Hatton with Brian. Tom’s focus is placing all levels of lawyers within private practice and he has also built a unique In House practice, especially working on quasi legal/finance roles with a number of funds, asset managers and private equity houses.
